A veteran of the Human Resources profession, Scott regularly has a significant impact on shaping business strategy and talent development. If a complex issue arises, Scott believes breaking them down into smaller parts will solve the whole puzzle. His passion of team growth and maturity gives him ultimate satisfaction and that goes for his clients as well. His deep understanding of talent acquisition allows him to take his clients to the next level in business growth. Scott is a native to Chicago and on his down time enjoys spending time with his family and traveling at any moment he can.

Apart from his golfing skills, Kyle is recognized as a talent acquisition leader within the communities he serves. Active in the San Diego community, Kyle teaches the Talent Acquisition class for the HR Program at California State University San Marcos, serves as the Director of Membership for National Human Resources Association – Silicon Valley, contributes to the San Diego HR Forum and supports several local charities.
Passionate about working with people and identifying customized solutions, it’s no surprise that Tyler is described by his peers as hard working and dedicated to enabling client goals and business growth. Tyler brings a unique spin to his business style that makes him stand out. He strives to understand the core of a business and knows that the most successful companies invest in their biggest asset; their people. Apart from expanding and diversifying clientele, Tyler enjoys traveling across the world and volunteering at abroad nonprofits to make a difference in other communities. Tyler’s most important lessons learned is to not worry about things you cannot control and to know that tomorrow is a new day.
Holding his master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Melvin is a “walking dictionary” due to his extensive knowledge of staffing and his ability to talent hunt, network and research. Melvin has more than 13 years of progressive recruiting experience that enables him to clearly identify and analyze each position in a unique and customized way. Melvin has been instrumental in developing recruiting strategizes for some of our Key MSP and Direct clients. With a strong foundation in building relationships with both clients and candidates, it comes as no surprise that Melvin’s competitive nature has attributed to his success at Suna. Apart from his professional tenacity, Melvin spends his weekends having quality time with his family.
