Apart from her professional tenacity, Kelly spends her weekends volunteering at Helen Woodward in their Therapeutic Riding Program and has a passion for helping ALS nonprofits.

Active in the San Diego community, Kyle teaches the Talent Acquisition class for the HR Program at California State University San Marcos, serves as the Director of Membership for National Human Resources Association – Silicon Valley, contributes to the San Diego HR Forum and supports several local charities.
