Known for her persistence and drive, Nadia considers her business relationships “true partnerships” which provide her with the drive to fill even the toughest positions. As a board member of the Team Godfather Charitable Foundation, Nadia knows what it takes to be a leader and help guide a team to success. Nadia’s tenacious attitude contributes to her personal sense of responsibility in helping her clients meet their goals and to be satisfied with the results. Nadia believes that your word is your bond and you should always keep the commitments you make while never giving up. Passionate in and outside of work, Nadia enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures and spending time with her two adorable dogs and husband on the weekend.

With a strong foundation in building relationships with both clients and candidates, it comes as no surprise that Kelly’s competitive nature has attributed to her success at Suna. Apart from her professional tenacity, Kelly spends her weekends volunteering at Helen Woodward in their Therapeutic Riding Program and has a passion for helping ALS nonprofits.
Passionate about working with candidates and identifying great talent, it’s no surprise that Stephany is described by her peers as hard working and dedicated to reaching team goals. In just the first few months of working at Suna, Stephany received the Award of Excellence for hitting 328% of her targeted goal and holds the highest direct hire fee for 2015 in the company. Apart from helping candidates find their dream jobs, Stephany enjoys volunteering at animal shelters, relaxing with her family and dogs or teaching Bar Method in the local San Diego community. Stephany recognizes the importance of not saying, “that isn’t my job” and instead focuses on Suna’s overall path to success. Stephany’s most important lessons learned is to not worry about things you cannot control and to know that tomorrow is a new day.
With a Masters of Business in Human Resource Specialization, Hawa is leading our HR team by ensuring customer service, compliance and overall program and policy satisfaction are upheld. Hawa attributes her positive attitude to overcoming obstacles and describes her leadership style as a partnership that thrives when her entire team is succeeding. As a San Diego native, Hawa enjoys experiencing all the city has to offer from exploring the outdoors and hiking to dedicating time to animal rescues and environmental cleanup. Hawa is passionate about helping people with their livelihoods and considers her hard work well worth it when an employee is thankful for getting started at a job they love.

Apart from his golfing skills, Kyle is recognized as a talent acquisition leader within the communities he serves. Active in the San Diego community, Kyle teaches the Talent Acquisition class for the HR Program at California State University San Marcos, serves as the Director of Membership for National Human Resources Association – Silicon Valley, contributes to the San Diego HR Forum and supports several local charities.
